We never have access to your credit or debit card details as these are only given in our secure online payment screen, which is run by Paypal. Once directed to the payment screen you will see the secure padlock icon at the bottom of your browser window so that you know you are on a secure page.
Your details will be securely encrypted and cannot be accessed or read by anyone. Paypal uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) 128 bit encryption key (this is the highest level commercially available).
A 'Cookie' is a file stored by your browser that is used by us to assist the shopping basket part of our website to functon properly, we DO NOT use cookies to collect any kind of personal information about you.
To minimise the risk of fraud Chatterbox Gifts Ltd. will only ship products purchased on our website to the billing address submitted on our order form.
If you would prefer to pay by cheque/postal order simply select the cheque/postal order payment option on the checkout screen. You will then recieve confirmation of your order with an order reference number along with an e-mail with all your order details and payment instructions.
Please remember to put your order refernce number on the back of your cheque/postal order. Your order will be dispatched once we recieve your payment and the funds have cleared.
